Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy (QEST)
Quantum Energetics (QE) is a gentle, non-invasive therapy designed to identify and correct energetic imbalances within the body.
At A Holistic Approach Center in Fort Myers, QE is used to support the body’s natural healing processes by addressing disruptions in the body’s energetic “blueprint.”
Each session is guided by your body’s own responses, helping to uncover underlying imbalances and restore proper energy flow.

WHAT IS
QUANTUM ENERGETICS (QEST)?
Quantum Energetics is a specialized form of energy-based therapy that uses applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to communicate with the body.
Through this process, the practitioner identifies areas where energy flow may be disrupted or diminished.
These disruptions can affect:
• organs and systems
• muscles and structure
• neurological function
• overall vitality and balance
QE uses a system of numerical “codes” — similar to a language — to determine what the body needs in order to restore balance.
By addressing these energetic imbalances, the body is better able to support its own healing processes.
HOW
QEST WORKS?
Each QE session begins with a brief consultation, followed by muscle testing to determine the direction of the session.
Using this feedback, the practitioner applies gentle hand placements and specific techniques designed to “correct” energetic disruptions.
During the session:
• you remain fully clothed
• gentle touch is applied to the body
• guided breathing may be used
• your body directs the process
Because QE follows the body’s natural order of healing, no two sessions are exactly the same.
Many clients experience a deep sense of relaxation as the body shifts and rebalances.

WHAT TO EXPECT
DURING A SESSION?
QE sessions are deeply relaxing and typically last about 60 minutes.
You will lie comfortably on a treatment table while the practitioner uses muscle testing and gentle hand placements to guide the session.
The process is subtle but intentional, allowing your body to lead the healing process.
After a session, many clients report:
• a sense of calm and clarity
• reduced tension or discomfort
• improved energy levels
Because the body may continue processing after the session, it is recommended to keep the rest of your day light and restful.

Laurie Nienhaus
With more than 18 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, Laurie Nienhaus, QEST Certified Practitioner now focuses exclusively on Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy. Her background includes training at The Oregon School of Massage and the Quantum Energetics Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado.
She was first introduced to QE through her husband's dramatic improvement after a skydiving injury.
Laurie brings a calm, intuitive presence to her sessions, helping guide the body through the energetic shifts QE can facilitate.
MEET
Cindy Carfore
Cindy Carfore, Founder & Director of A Holistic Approach's journey into holistic healing began through her own personal health transformation. After living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years, she discovered Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy (QEST) — a pivotal experience that dramatically improved her health and inspired her to dedicate her life to holistic wellness.
She later trained extensively with the Quantum Energetics Institute, becoming a certified practitioner and ultimately founding A Holistic Approach Center to offer others access to integrative healing approaches.
Cindy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master’s in Natural Health, blending scientific understanding with holistic healing philosophy.
She is also a Reiki Master and Clinically Certified Thermography Technician.
