We offer a variety of fun and interesting classes that meet the differences, challenges and interests of our students:

Classes
Class Guideline Requests
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.
Please avoid wearing perfume and noisy jewelry.
We are excited for YOUR healing, as well as the OTHERS in class. So, we request your courtesy and awareness of voice levels.
We recommend pre-registering for classes, especially those
with space limitations:

With our Beginner & Intermediate Levels, or even Private Lessons, it's EASY to get up off
the couch and join us!

Strength & Stretch
This hour long class "does a little" with every part of the body.
It varies weekly, always using breath, core work, stretching, and the resistance of your own body.
If you are recovering from injury, need to build balance, or simply need a gentle re-entry into exercise you can get moving again with Stretch & Strength.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi has been proven to be one of the best ways to reduce falling.
This specialized program is intended to improve posture and stability, control of body position, gait initiation and locomotion, coordination of movement, range of motion around ankle joints, and lower extremity strength.
